Diamond Veterinary Hospital

I have been taking my cats to this clinic for 10years. Dr. Bonner is a great Vet and has helped keep my cat alive the last 5years. However, the new front desk people are rude, uncaring and should not be in this field if they can’t find compassion and empathy for our sick pets. I spent 20minutes on the phone trying to refill a prescription which they refused to do unless I came in which is fine but then proceeded to tell me they have no available appointments for the next two weeks and that the vet won’t be there after that and won’t be able to come in until who knows when. I was asked to be placed on hold twice and the second time she had the audacity to tell me that she has to check the next appointment in and that I will get a call later like my time isn’t as valuable as theirs. It breaks my heart that I have to find a new vet for my senior cats simply because the clinic is now being run by rude and incompetent people. You have been warned! Take your pets elsewhere.

I saw another review with the same issue. Front desk was rude and dismissive the second I mentioned financial constraints and asked for pricing. Also told me to look for another Vet, so I did. The receptionist at this new vet was empathetic, kind, and caring, provided cheaper pricing and payment plans. As well as getting my cat with a UTI in sooner so I won't end up with an emergency visit if she gets worse. This practice seems more worried about the money than the animals.

We have been taking our pets to Dr Bonner at Diamond Veterinary Hospital for the past several years. Dr Bonner is kind and thorough and dedicated to providing excellent pet health care. We truly appreciate her bedside manner and trust and value her opinion. She is quick to call back with lab results and recommendations and takes the time to answer all our questions. (I dont feel it's necessary to subtract a whole star for this, however it should be noted that because she is the only doctor here, scheduling an appointment can sometimes take longer than expected.) Staff are responsive, friendly, polite and helpful and we feel our pets are in good hands!

Take all our animals here for years. They care and they're good.

Best in the world! YaY! Dr. Bonner! 5 STARS EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEK, EVERY MONTH, EVERY YEAR. YEAR AFTER YEAR!!
